Pileated Woodpecker

Keeping with the theme of winter woodpeckers, here is a previously unpublished male Pileated Woodpecker, taken at a park close to the river, this time last year :

Nick - you are teasing me with this beautiful photo!! Yesterday I had a pileated come to the feeder on our deck - by the time I slowly pulled out my camera - POOF - he was gone.
