Wonderful shots! I've never seen a merlin - it's beautiful.
Thankyou :-) Merlins are fairly common around here and occasionally hang around during the winter too.
Didn't realize how beautiful Merlins are - would love to see one!
Like birdlady, I've never seen a merlin either or maybe I have and didn't know it. I'm not good at identifying raptors unless it's an eagle or an osprey which I see when kayaking.
